Plain-language summary. The goal is a fair, legal affiliate program.
1. What this is
This is an affiliate (referral) program. You earn commission when people buy SYAN products through your unique link. You earn from real sales only — never for signing people up. This is not an investment scheme and not a pyramid scheme.
2. Two-tier commissions
You earn a tier-1 commission on your own referred sales, and a smaller tier-2 bonus on sales made by partners you personally invited. There are only two tiers. Rates are shown on your dashboard and may be updated with notice.
3. When you get paid
Commissions become payable once a sale is approved and the refund window has passed. Refunded or fraudulent sales earn no commission. Minimum payout applies. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings in your country.
4. Honest promotion
You must promote honestly. Do not make medical claims (this is a wellness/education product, not medical treatment), do not use spam, fake reviews, misleading ads, trademark-infringing domains, or cookie-stuffing. Disclose that you may earn a commission where required by law.
5. Your data & cookies
We track clicks via a referral cookie to attribute sales fairly. IPs are stored hashed. You and customers may request data deletion (GDPR).
6. Ending participation
Either side may end participation anytime. Abuse (spam, fraud, false claims) leads to suspension and forfeiture of unpaid commissions on fraudulent sales.
